The Biggest Secret To Growing Your Career Is Decisions

More

The secret to growing in your career is to never make a decision without asking yourself these questions: can I get better at this job? What if I do this? Who would I recommend this to? How will this affect my time? Is this what I really need to do to improve my career? I would also like to say, that no professional will go out of their way to change your mind in any way. And even when your boss will have a different opinion on your work, it is always better to find out the answer for yourself from the person you love.

Don’t make such a big decision. It is not worth it to do that. You need to have the proper preparations, that you would like to follow during the year of your career. Be professional. Work hard when you get your call back. Be good to yourself. Don’t be an idiot. Don’t make every call. You need to know that you are going to be called for certain responsibilities. You need to know that the people you want to work together with are going through hard times. When someone is fired, sometimes people are fired in an instant, and it is impossible to deal with it all in one call. And that is even more hard if you have a large group of friends or family around. Sometimes you just don’t feel as strong about the job as you would like and you can’t work with the person you want to work with you in the most.

You do not have to make the perfect decision. If your boss is not your friend, this way you can do not so difficult and make a good decision on your own. You can take up to several months to make the final decision. At the end of the year, you will have enough questions and information to make a decision about the next step.

Do not ask me how to become a better photographer. I am not going to be interested. I just want to understand and respect every decision they will ever make. I just want to understand them and let them make the best decision to follow their dream.

If we talk about your goals, your dreams, all of them are going to be different. I will be able to make a similar list of you as I did with Mr. T. You can write them in the comments, or you can post them in comments below. And just like you I am more than happy to answer any question about your photography career even if I don’t know you as well as you do and may never even know you.
